Error 57 on Mitsubishi FB18NT - Tried the steps in the service manual

Got an electric Mitsubishi FB18NT forklift. Error 57 whenever I put it into forward or rear gear.
I found the service manual and it says 57 is "Pump Motor Pulse Input Fault". I performed all the steps that ask to check for continuity and voltages and they all pass.

Now I'm down to the last 2 steps which is: 1.) Replace DSP Board 2.) If that doesn't work, then replace Pump Motor.
DSP Board is not for sale anywhere except repair services. So was wondering if someone knows if this is for sure the DSP Board or is there something I'm missing?
